The Flat Rate shipping for all purchases under $300 is $10 (Delivery estimate time – 3 to 5 business days)

The Flat Rate express Shipping for all purchases under $300 is $15(Delivery estimate time – 1 to 2 business days)

All postage and handling is a flat rate of $40 worldwide. All shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

International orders may be a subject to import duties and taxes. These duties are charges once the order reaches it’s destination.

At LA' CATALOGY, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please take a moment to read our return policy.

LA' CATALOGY will provide a full refund subject to the following terms:

 - You must obtain return authorisation within 14 days of delivery.

- Item(s) must be returned within 5 days of receiving the return authority.

- Item(s) must be undamaged and returned in their original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed.

- Item(s) must be returned with all original tags remain attached.

- All swimwear, when try on must be wearing undergarments. When returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place due to hygiene purpose. If the protective hygiene strip is removed or altered return will not be accepted.

- For all purchases on earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are considered final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

LA' CATALOGY provides prepaid returns labels for returns within Australia, covering the costs of returns. However, please note that return postage costs are non-refundable, and we do not reimburse initial shipping charges for goods returned, except for faulty items. For international returns, please reach out to our customer care team.

 LA' CATALOGY reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with our above return policy. Any item(s) returned outside the 14 days period, or not in its original condition, or being worn or washed or altered in any way, or has make-up marks, will not be accepted for return, and will be returned to sender.

- Please get in touch with us to request return merchandise authority (RMA) at customercare@lacatalogy.com

- When you request return authorisation, the cost of the shipping return will be deducted from the refund amount.

- We will then contact you to confirm whether your return has been authorised. If your return request is authorised, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation form and pre-paid return label, which you need to include in the return package.

- Include the item(s) that you wish to return in it’s original condition including all the tags. Please review our Returns Policy.

- Print and attached the pre-paid return label and the Return authorisation form after filling out the details.

- Find the nearest Australia post office or 24/7 drop off parcel point to send your return.

We endeavor to process returns as soon as they are received, but please allow 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of your return status once processed.

Refunds will be returned to your original method of payment.

Return shipping cost will be payable by the client, hence the cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount.
